<p>What do you do to get good cardio exercise throughout the day?  Do you spend hours sitting at your computer without exercising?  Does your body feel stiff and sore when you finally come up for air?</p>
<p>I would have answered yes to all of the questions above until I started using the Bodyblade.    I’ve learned to set a timer at my desk (as silly as that sounds) and after 55 minutes of working on the computer, take a five minute break and work out with the Bodyblade.  I tend to get really engrossed in what I’m doing and hours can slip by.  I call it crawling into my computer.  Well, my body is really unhappy with that, hence the timer.</p>
